Sometimes I have problems with my thoughts. I get so caught up with the dark world at times. I hear or see things at times that just haunt me in my mind. I obsess over these thoughts and they keep on repeating. I also hear lies like "You are so weird, no one will want to be around you". At times I get so over-whelmed that I just want to go to Heaven! But I remember that God has a plan for me! I've had this problem for most of my life; ever since 1st and 2nd grade. At times I feel like I am losing; but I still have the victory, I know I do! If I don't feel loved by this world: I remember this: my worth is found in Christ! Sometimes I tell Mom or Dad about these thoughts. But I don't always like doing that because they might dwell on that thought, too. I love my mom and dad so much! They give me great advice about what to do with these thoughts. Mom tells me every once in a while that God has promised that He will renew my mind! I know that God never ever breaks His promises! By his stripes I am healed! He really does heal the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds! I need to train myself to control these thoughts; or they will control me. Some days are better than others. Some days I just have to cry my eyeballs out! I ask God for help; and then He helps me. At times I like to think about what Heaven is like: no more pain, no more suffering, no more death, no more obsessions! What a victory we have in Christ! We have to take life day by day. Remember this: Is it REALLY worth it to dwell on the darkness? There is still so much beauty in this world! We can do all things through He who gives us strength! Use God's Word as a weapon against the enemy! God hasn't left me, I just can't leave Him behind! We cannot make it on our own! So to all of you that are going through hard times; remember that JESUS REALLY LOVES US!
