Come to Israel!

Let’s Go to Israel in 2013!
I am anticipating a fantastic time together. We will visit historical biblical places, we will get to know the Jewish people better, and possibly have opportunities to witness to Jews as God gives oportunity. As we travel throughout the land I will bring brief devotionals as well as utilizing a professional guide who is an expert in Old and New Testament history. We will have life changing spiritual encounters as the Holy Spirit ministers uniquely to each of our hearts. We will give opportunity to those that want to be baptized in the Jordan river to do so. (It may be a bit chilly!)

Mr. Kirshbaum guaranteed a lot of flexibility as we tour. The itinerary will be our servant and not our master so there will be flexibility as to where we go and how long we stay. We will visit fascinating places, and read relevant scripture for the places we visit, and worship together at various sites.
Can you imagine singing about the second coming of Jesus on the very place He is going to return on the Mount of Olives? Can you imagine reading the prophecy of Isaiah in the very synagogue in which Jesus read Isaiah (Is. 61:1,2)? We will walk where Jesus walked. We will stand in front of the “Gates of Hell” where Jesus proclaimed nothing can prevail over His church. We will watch the scripture jump out at us as we visit biblical sites. Our eyes will be opened politically as we better understand the circumstances Israelis face on a daily basis. We will learn compassion concerning the Palestinians and their plight as captives between two ideologies. We will have a lot of fun together touring, shopping, and eating some great food. Most of all, we will experience Jesus Himself as we worship Him in spirit and truth in the only piece of holy real-estate in the world.

Together in Israel in 2013!

From Dr. Billy Graham:
· To visit this land is like a pilgrimage into the past, and walking in the shadow of greatness. But, it is more. Here today one rubs elbows with the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. With Bible in hand one can see the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, and can sense God's promise for the future--the shafts of hope which portend a brighter tomorrow for the world.
· No one can visit Israel without a deeper appreciation and a stronger faith in the Bible. This is where "holy men of old spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost" (II Peter 1:21). Both the bible and the Land have been preserved as physical evidences that "He endures forever." The "places" validate the person of the Scriptures, and when we walk where Jesus walked, somehow He seems to walk beside us, as He walked with the disciples on the Emmaus Road.
· Israel is more than sightseeing, however. It is an experience. On a starry night in Bethlehem one can almost fancy the clear voices of angels saying: "Unto you is born this day in the City of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord." When one walks the shore of Galilee, it is easy to interpret the gently breaking waves whispering the words of the Savior, "Peace be still."
· As one stands on the Mount of olives, it is the perfect setting for the Galilean, who said, as he looked longingly across the Valley of Kidron, "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem...how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!" (Matthew 93:37)
· And as one stands on that low hill outside the city walls called Calvary, the words, "Forgive them; for they know not what they do," come to mind.
· Then as one goes to the tomb, the words, "He is not here; He is risen," spell the glorious climax to the New Testament drama.
